3-Month 1:1 Program:

  • Session 1: Initial Interview & Goal Setting
    We’ll begin by discussing your health history, current lifestyle, and aspirations. Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals for the program, ensuring a personalized approach to your wellness journey. You’ll complete the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) and create a Symptom Burdern Graph to assess your current state. You will also be asked to track your food and mood for a minimum of four days with a Food and Mood Journal (FMJ).

  • Session 2: NAQ and FMJ Review
    During this session, we’ll review your NAQ results which will create a Symptom Burden Graph for us to look at. Based on the information from this graph, we will address your specific needs and prioritize which areas to focus on. We will also review your journal together and discuss the next steps for dietary changes. You will be asked to keep a food and mood journal until Session 4 for a minimum of four days a week to review later.

  • Session 3: Goal Check-In and Recommendations
    In the time between Session 2 and Session 3, I’ll create a recommendations report for you including any lifestyle, dietary, or supplement recommendations based on your preferences and individual needs. During this session, we will go over anything that may have changed in the last couple weeks and discover what is or hasn’t been working. Together, we’ll review the recommendations report before I ask you to implement anything. You will have the opportunity during this session to say no to any changes or rework them with me.

  • Session 4: Progress Report, Goal Check-In & Education
    In this session, we’ll evaluate your progress, review your updated food and mood journal, and make any adjustments that may be needed. We’ll revisit your goals to make sure you’re on track and offer additional education to support your wellness journey. You will also retake the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) which will create a new Symptom Burden Graph to review in the next session.

  • Session 5: Goal Review and Updated Reports
    We will use the time in this session to review your updated Symptom Burden Graph and an updated recommendations report. You’ll once again have the opportunity to veto and approve any changes and rework them together to align with your goals, preferences, and health priorities.

  • Session 6: Closing Process and Next Steps
    We’ll review the goals you’ve accomplished, celebrate your progress, and discuss next steps for continued success. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap to sustain your health journey and build on the progress you've made.
